So i dropped my calorie intake. I've stayed at the same weight too long and need a boost! I had a great workout yesterday at the gym! Got on the treadmil and didn't even realize when i hit almost an hour on it! Yay! Really felt great! Now i have to keep this up. =/ We are supposed to get crazy weather tonight so i may not make it to the gym. Will have to run up and down the stairs or something! =)
