SERIOUSLY??? I haven't worked out this hard in years and I appear to be gaining weight. Hm.
216.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 66.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

More likely water retention and glycogen in the muscle tissue to aid healing. Be happy. You're likely doing it right.

after the scale being stuck i did five miles on my treadmill i ended up gaining a whole pound the next morning when i weighed. of course i was even more frusterated but guess what. a day after that i lost two pounds without doing a thing. it will come off. i think mine was just fluid or something. stay on your diet and wait it out.
