The start of another week... weighed in today but that will be it for this week. Don't like to see the ups and downs. As long as I am staying active. Just rode my bike to my garden and back = 4.62 miles for 30 mins total. I will pray my hubby stays on track and does some workouts this week too! I think we both feel better when we get that exercise in
136.5 lb Lost so far: 10.5 lb.    Still to go: 1.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
