I've seen a difference this month...my clothes are looser, and I'm fitting into a smaller bra size. I bought a pair of 16W jueans because the 18W were too big! Feeling pretty good and just want to keep on going.
239.0 lb Lost so far: 26.0 lb.    Still to go: 79.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
