1st Monday Morning Weigh-in: 146 lb, down 4 lbs from last Monday weigh-in. Happy to see such a big loss, but need to keep it going.

Also, starting 30-day challenge, no booze with friends, so this will be extra motivation.
146.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 21.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
