Working hard on exercising daily--20 mins elliptical, exercise and weights 4X weekly, and 3-4 miles daily walking video. Not snacking in evening, and eating very healthy and right proportions. Still, this old body doesn't want to give it up. However, I am not giving up either. However long it takes, I am committed. My last doctor visit, I had perfect results, so my health is if I could get a little cooperation from my metabolism, please!
203.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 68.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
