Rethinking weight...went down 4 lbs and felt exhausted that entire week...went back up that same 4 lbs last week after increasing my protein, but fat went down! I no longer want a goal weight, just a body fat goal to maintain and a commitment to Paleo!
132.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
