kari29's Journal, 29 March 2014

So my weigh in went well, had a bit of a plateau this week and only lost a little over 2 pounds. I am DEFINITELY not complaining about it, but it seemed anti-climactic in light of previous weeks. But, the LCHF lifestyle suits me to a T and I am happy to say I am starting to add in some "sweets" to curb my cravings. The sweets are, of course, in the form of various fat bombs. I made some new ones last nite that are absolutely YUMMY. This morning I will be making my keto version of cream cheese danishes with oopsie rolls and coconut butter. Will have the recipe in my fave meals if anyone is interested in them.

If you are losing, you are definetly not on a plateau, lol! Two pounds is awesome. After the first couple of weeks, our bodies usually settle in to a pound or two a week. Great job on the loss!
