Gotta keep going, gotta get under 270... I am so tired of seeing a 7.. time to see some 6;s
271.2 lb Lost so far: 7.8 lb.    Still to go: 72.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Doing OK, I weigh in tomorrow and just don't feel like anything is happening. Trying to work on keeping my percentages in the right level, but struggling a little. Trying to increase my fats but man I can't figure out how to get higher than 80%! Doing kind of a Fat Fast day today was hoping to be around 220 before I leave next Fri for that wedding in Chicago but I know that's NOT gonna happen. Oh well onward and downward! LOL Hope you have a good weekend!

If you are going to bars that usually means alcohol. Quit that for awhile and you will probably a difference. I'm bad about drinking beer, it simply tastes good. Have had to almost quit in order to lose the pounds, I do get some now and then.
