I was really following nutrition closely until the weekend hit...blew it Saturday and Sunday.
245.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 70.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

2160 kcal Fat: 64.23g | Prot: 119.32g | Carb: 296.07g.   Breakfast: coffee, eggs. Lunch: banana, Allens Blackeyed peas, Allens lima beans, Allens Green Beans, Brown rice, Chicken Breast. Dinner: brown rice, Broccoli (Spears, Frozen), Ground Turkey. Snacks/Other: dannon greek yogurt, Uncle Sams Cereal, Kellog's Nutri-grain bar, Emerald trail mix, Emerald Almonds, Instant Oatmeal - Lower Sugar Maple and Brown Sugar, non-fat milk. more...
