I NEED to have a regular exercise schedule or else I will never actually do it. If I can keep a regular routine then I have no reason not to stick with it. My goal right now is to create and maintain a realistic exercise plan that works for me. Here is my plan for now:

Monday
Exercise at St. Bona's Gym 7:00am-8:00am. Cardio machines or P90X video's.

Tuesday
Exercise at home 8:00pm-9:00pm. Treadmill and P90X video.

Wednesday
Exercise at St. Bona's Gym 7:00am-8:00am. Cardio machines or P90x video's.

Thursday
Exercise at home 3:30pm-4:30pm, P90X

Friday
Exercise around Wegmans schedule. Treadmill 45 min. and stretching, if I have time then also do P90X video.

Saturday
Exercise around Wegmans schedule. Treadmill 45 min. and stretching, if I have time then also do P90X video.

Sunday
This is the day I have the most available time to exercise, so use it wisely! Walk on treadmill for 1 mile, then do P90X video, then stretch and jog on treadmill for 1 more mile.

Lets try this for TWO WEEKS and see if it works out! Good luck to me!
