Ha ha! just ONE lb away from 255! Why is this eluding me? lol. Well, I think i'm getting a hang of this eating thing. I bought a little mini blender so that I can make a quick one serving smoothie whenever I need breakfast or a snack. After blending, I can just slap a lid and staw on the container and take it with me when I leave the house. No messing with having to pour it in another container. I think I'm going to try to stick with the protein shakes most mornings. It's so easy and they taste pretty good. Glad to see this 1 lb lost though. As long as I keep losing then i'm doing good.
