At 47 years of age, I need to shape up. People have always thought me younger than my actual age by about 10 years. Since my father died in 2012, and after a miscarriage in November, I have noticed a big change in my energy level, skin tone, and overall look. I feel older, for the first time in my life. I want to feel like myself again. I want to feel vibrant again.

Friends are throwing us a 25th wedding anniversary party (6 months belated)in April. I bought a dress last year, but it no longer fits. After months of emotional eating, depression, horrible winter weather, and lack of exercise, I'm picking myself up, dusting off, and getting motivated again. I need to lose at least 10 lbs by April 19.

Hopefully, this will help me.
143.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 18.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
