Two weeks in a rut for weight loss. Hard work during the week done in by a bad (diet wise) Friday night. So now as I am approaching an end to the week, I have to have a diet friendly Friday night.
183.6 lb Lost so far: 23.4 lb.    Still to go: 8.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
