EXERCISE: Walk 47 min., 130h.r., 2.73 miles, 3.50-4.0, 272K. Kettle bells, 31 min., 188K. Strength: Chest, Biceps, Triceps, Shoulders. 34 min., 161K. Yes, I got carried away. Blaming it on my music and new MP3. 152 min., 641K.

And who am I kidding when I say I'm going to back off the cardio and focus on strength for fat burning and muscle building. I love to walk. Beyond belief happy I can. Had a total knee replacement 2 years ago. Couldn't walk pre or post op and couldn't fit my fat arse in the walker at 240 lbs. Yes, I am so grateful to be able to walk and exercise.

So true. That's fantastic you love walking so much!! Wish I had that. But I do love lifting weights, so maybe that's my boon. WTG, Amazing stats!
