I'm back on track, and though it's still taking a bit of effort to log my food, regularly; I'll re-establish the habit, so it will become an effortless part of my life, again. Sometimes our busy lifestyles can get in the way of eating right, so I'm thankful for the support, I get here, to keep reminding me, that I don't have to do it alone. :-)
