Down 6lbs. this week... WHOO HOO!!! Not sure how that happened but think that because I didn't budge at last weeks weigh in and was very constipated at that time and there hasn't been any "goodies" in the house this past week either. With the alcohol I had twice in the past 2 weeks, I thought that would prevent me from losing anything.... SUPRISE... I was WRONG, lol!!! But just goes to show that one week the scale may not move but then catch up with you later on
Not sure why but I feel like next week the weight will be back, lol, maybe I'm just crazy or maybe just in shock that I lost that much in one week without really doing much at all. :)
166.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 46.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
