No exercise today but did go to work. Made it through the whole day, feeling better but tired. Still have a ways to go before the wheezing and coughing stops, then back to exercise. Making a quick dinner, hook up my weather radio, and off to bed.

Relieved to hear that you are doing a little better. Hope tomorrow will be better still. You'll have plenty of time to exercise after you get better!

It's so hard when you know in your head what conditions necessite resting and avoiding exercise, but you just REALLY want to keep up the momentum. Glad you are on the mend. Get a good night's rest.

Exactly, gilliansings, I know from past experiences it's too easy to fall back on old ways. I've also been down the bronchitis/pneumonia/asthma road too many times that if I don't give my lungs a rest now it can take much longer to completely recover. 2nd time so far in 2014. Will probably start walking a bit on my gazelle this weekend and see how it goes. It's no impact but gets the body moving.

Glad you're doing better. Don't push it too hard. Doing more too soon sometimes causes more harm than good. It won't hurt to take a few extra days so your body and lungs can heal... Take care so you don't relapse... hugs, Donna

Thanks, still on little energy after work. Feel somewhat better than yesterday. My big goal tonight is to catch up on the dishes that I have let slide and be in bed by 7-7:30.
