I really need to get motivated and start losing weight. I feel like I self sabatoge and I really need to stop it. As soon as someone mentions pizza or dessert, I cave. I dont want to be like this any longer. I dont want to wake up and it be summer and wonder why I havent lost a pound since January. Today I am committed to losing weight and Im going to stick with it.. no matter how hard it gets.
