So I think when I went to the doctor 2 Saturday's ago that wasn't my actual weight. Or should I say I shouldn've used an after meal weight. From now on I'm gonna use my morning weight which is the most accurate in my opion. But thinking that I had gained 3lbs did give me my motivation to get back into the gym this morning before work. Hopefully I can do a repeat for the rest of the week. Lately my 5am gym time hasn't been working but this morning when my alarm went off I didn't go back to sleep. So Prafully I can do it again tomorrow!!!
