Hooray for FRIDAY!! I'm feeling good today. I am down to 218 lbs even, my husband has returned to work, the sun is supposed to shine here today, and I am looking forward (I hope!) to a restful weekend after three long weekends of crisis. I even feel svelte today ... even though I still have quite a way to travel to reach my goal weight. Happy Friday Everyone!![b][/b]
218.0 lb Lost so far: 41.2 lb.    Still to go: 33.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Thanks for your encouraging comment on my 11 mile walk. What do you do for exercise? I walk. And that's about it. I love the sense of well-being that lasts all day after an early morning walk. Unfortunately, I can't take those long morning walks during the work-week. Oh, well, just one more reason to live for the weekend.
