Well, I am down 3.8 lbs after my first week on Atkin's. I stuck to it pretty well and found the only issue I have is eating ENOUGH carbs now. I did have chocolate on Sunday; couldn't resist and it was dark 72% cacao chocolate, not a Milky Way!
I will be running tonight for my C25K training and hope to have an equally as amazing week.
It truly does help planning your meals for the week and having food available. If you fly by the seat of your pants, are unorganized in your approach, you are setting yourself up for failure. PLAN!

I also want to note that I am sleeping better at night and have a lot less joint pain since not touching a grain filled carbs. :)
