I DID IT!!! So now I have to stay under it, I am only a few grams under, so I need to be really careful about what I eat and keep up the exercise, but man it is soooooo exciting to be in double digits, after being in the triples for the last 6-8years I think, I can't even remember, that's how long I have been in the triples.

This has just boosted the motivation, and now its time to set myself another goal to achieve.

WOOHOO!!!!
219.6 lb Lost so far: 40.6 lb.    Still to go: 43.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
on diet Weight Watchers   losing 0.5 lb a week
