Well, considering I was 210 last tuesday at the doctors I am thrilled to have dropped so much weight, even if it is water weight!! Exciting and motivating.
198.8 lb Lost so far: 11.2 lb.    Still to go: 28.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
