The trick is to do 3 simple things:
plan ahead
write everything down
follow the plan

That's it! Just keep plugging away. Stay away from processed foods and keep foods to as close to the natural state as possible. The crockpot and stockpot are your friends if used wisely. http://whfoods.org is wonderful!
173.1 lb Lost so far: 18.5 lb.    Still to go: 33.1 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
