:-) YAY! Even though the number on the scale hasn't really moved, I'm feeling MUCH better! My abs are starting to re-emerge, and my jeans aren't so snug that I have to dance into them every morning! I'm shocked at how a few days of changing my eating habits back to what I used to do has had such a quick influence, and am excited to keep it up!
