I woke up today and did my daily weigh in and can't believe what I saw...Finally I am half way there. I lost 20 pounds in 7 weeks. I still can not believe I am losing this weight I have carried for 5 years since I quite smoking, but really more like 10 years. When I married my husband in 2003 I weight 140 pounds and in 10 years the 40 pound weight has been creeping on.

The greatest thing happened for the first time today and it really made my day. A guy at work that I never talk to much walked up and said "Are you losing weight". The first person that notice my weight loss that did not know I was on a diet. I have been waiting to see if people would notice and FINALLY someone did. It just made my day and I wanted to share my thoughts.

That is awesome!! And for a man to notice? No offense to all the men out there - but my man wouldn't notice if I came home from work with a tattoo on my face. LOL - ok, maybe I am exaggerating a little bit - but still - that is really cool!!! Keep up the great work!!! I am just starting out and it inspires me to see people that have been at it for awhile and making so much progress. Thanks for sharing!!
