Day 3 with Mom:). Today we're out to lunch with my aunt & cousin, and I have dinner tonight with my friend here since kindergarten, and her daughter who is my godchild. So, I couldn't ask for a better day! I'm also meeting with my mom's social worker to set up some extra monitoring/help for her. And, it's to be partly sunny & up to 65 degrees. Yes, spring is here, and I'm feeling it's good, healthy vibes!
I'm doing well, taking care of me and mom, and staying my course. Yesterday gave me some needed rest & me time. I'm feeling that the vertigo is a thing of the past, but still more sluggish, especially in the morning, probably still due to the meds. I think I'll try a night without the antihistamine that may be the cause.
I'm off to exercise before I begin my fun day, but first I'll pray for serenity. And throughout this one day and each one meal, moment, bite, thought & emotion, I'll pray, breathe, log, journal & express my way. I'm so very grateful for each of spectacular you, my family & IRL friends, warmer temps & sunshine, and having the health & wealth to live this life I love with an especially lovable day ahead! Xoxox
