Woo weighed today and I'm back where I was last Sunday :) So I think I weigh in on Sunday to see if I can get a loss. My muscles are so sore after S+C yesterday, mainly my bum and my thighs. Being a rider they focus of those area so much... I don't think they realise a lot of it is core... but I'm not going to point that out because I already so HIIT core so I think I'd just die if they focused on it too. Feeling good as I had my last meal at 5 and just didn't eat after that because I wasn't hungry at all. Putting me in a good mood for today! Happy Friday everyone :)
