Morning Peak Flow 420

Had trouble sleeping last night but otherwise fine, peak flow inching back up to the 450 point. Doing a 40 minute bike ride today.

Feel like I'm dropping weight too fast atm, however I'm still eating over 1200 calories a day and whatnot. I figure I should just be glad for the weight tgat's gone as it'll probably stall again soon. Getting excited about hitting 154lbs, I'll be 20lbs down total and 10lbs down from where I started this year. 10lbs is sorta the- actually weight gone, not just water weight or fluctuating weight point for my mind, I guess =) So that's going to feel really good to see, hopefully soon.

How's Thursday going?
155.6 lb Lost so far: 18.4 lb.    Still to go: 36.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

my motto is "slow is the way to go" dropping a whopping 1 kilo a month... but he, that works for me. if eating 1200 kcal a day works for an d doesn't give you cravings or fatigue-spells, head-ages, and what not... then by all means keep it up...

Yeah, the 1250 cals I do a day should be equaling a pound a week for me since my rdi is 1748 before exercise. I'm starting to suspect my rdi might be higher then it's calculated to be (especially since I was loosing while sick eating 1500-1600 calories most this month). I figure it will slow down anyways as I get closer to my goal and my rdi drops as my weight drops. If I feel hungry I eat, I stick to an average rather then a 'below this number' so it works, lol.
