Hi guys :) Feeling better about my waist line today, going to try and get back to where I was by Sunday which should be doable. I think it may have been down to a bit of mother nature being a bit mean to me. Nevertheless I am determined to get record a loss next week. After my dissertation is in I can actually concentrate a little bit more on my health and fitness. Going home in two weeks so I need to be under 10st so I feel better on my Lucky (mum's pony).
