day 2 of the 4hb diet plan i feel good today woke with lots of energy and am pumped to get going. ive been urinating like a mad man due to all the water ive been drinking but thats ok tgif :)
190.9 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 0.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

2808 kcal Fat: 104.20g | Prot: 219.46g | Carb: 275.61g.   Breakfast: Metamucil, Green Tea, Mixed Berries, 1% Low Fat Cottage Cheese, Florida Pink and Red Grapefruit. Lunch: iso 100, Balsamic Vinegar, Mixed Salad Greens, Celery. Dinner: Cabbage, Cauliflower, Chicken Breast, Broccoli, Celery. Snacks/Other: iso 100, Green Tea, Almonds, Peanuts in Shell (Shell Not Eaten), 1% Low Fat Cottage Cheese, Blueberries (Unsweetened, Frozen), 100% Whole Wheat Bread, Mini Chocolate Eclair. more...
