Dear Fat:
Today I am feeling energetic and hopeful, I am hoping to have enough energy after I get home and get the baby to bed to go to the gym and work out for at least 45 mins. My theory is that I need something to do tonight since there is no shows on to watch and size at home. Plus I'm sure the TV will have Hockey or Soprano's on it, my ankle is finally feeling better, so I'm thinking a peaceful swim may not only serve as my exercise for the day but also some meditation and peace. The hot tub is the big motivation on that one today.
I cant see any actual gym time being spent this weekend seeing as I have all three kids, but I do plan on taking them to lets play which is usually a work out and a half.
