And you wonder why I haven't been around lately. Lost my focus, and couldn't regain it. Old habits are much too easy to pick up again. But once more my body feels poorly, and I so want to re-focus. What better time than now. It doesn't have to begin on a Monday, it doesn't have to begin first thing in the morning. It just has to begin when I'm ready, willing and able to commit again. Wish me luck!

Glad to have you back. You are so right about their not being a "perfect" time. I purposefully didn't make a New Years Resolution because I wanted my decision to come about more organically and not be attached to anyone else's artificial motivation.
