Diet is not really a diet anymore! Celebrated my husband's and sons birthday today, cake and eating out were part of the celebration! Weight has been up and down by one or 2 pounds for over a month now, trying very hard to go back to low carb diet but I've been sooooo hungry! I will not give up, I am glad I can exercise, glad I have more than I need, thankful for a loving husband and great kids!
136.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 8.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
