Today I am going to begin preparing for the Paleo Diet. This particular diet seems to have great benefits but takes some planning. I read a book called Paleo for Beginners which includes a daily activity for 7 days to prepare the house, body and mind for the diet. I tried jumping right in and found myself to be too tired each day and couldn't stick with it. Now that I've done much more research, I think I am ready to try again.
Day 1 activity: Become Your Own Best Cheerleader. This one seems a little corny but I can do it. I am going to find quotes that are motivational and place them in locations that I'll see every day. Here's my first one:
