feel really unmotivated these last few days, have tried counting calories but because I have never done it before am finding it hard, I have only ever done WW points, I really feel i have puton this week the last two weeks I've stay the same, I will see how I go but I think I should go back to counting points I feel really angry with myself as I never seem to stick to the diets and I really want to do it this time I want to become a life member in WW. I will have to have a good talking to myself. Didn't even exercise today or yesterday.
