I’m on my 4th week of P90X. scheduled to complete the 13wk cycle by April 2nd. Starting Monday April 4, I’ll be starting the following 12 wk bulk program ending on June 20th. Check it out:

My daily intake will look something like this (6 meals per day):

2175 Calories/day – 360 calories/meal
225g Protein/day – 37g/meal
148g Carbs/day – 21g/meal
74g Fat/day – 12g/meal

this is a good gauge of look and size for my self at 145
