I'm retaining a lot of fluid--have lost 4 lbs. of it since yesterday. So, needless to say my weight isn't accurate. I still have quite a bit of swelling. Fell Sunday morning, got pretty skinned up, 15 stitches in my elbow. It tore clear down to the bone. Well, guess I'll just keep plugging along.
289.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 114.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
