I'm melting! I'm melting! Losing the vacation weight. Going to the gym tonight to cycle and read my homework. I just have to keep myself from purposely dehydrating myself. Its so easy to do while at work. You don't move so you don't get thirsty. But once I get home, I feel so slim and trim I don't want to add weight from water. I know its absolutely silly but I found myself fighting myself about drinking water last night.
