i just sprinted across my yard lol its only about 10 feet but thats better than i thought i would be able to do and didnt even get winded lol im surprised

Do everything slowly, and add a few steps or minutes daily. When I began this thing last July, I did tredmill 10 minutes--now up to 1 hour daily at 2.5 miles per hour. Weight is coming off SLOWLY, but coming off. I get weighed tomorrow--14th of every month. I used to weigh daily, but it was discouraging. You seem SO motivated. Keep it up. We didn't put it on in a few weeks, so of course, it will take months to reach our goals, but we will :)

Funny!!! I run across a big parking lot every morning only to get back in the Truck only because it's so darn cold in the morning's, lol... but didn't realize that I do that until reading your post here. AND I don't get winded anymore either, lolol... the small things in life...lolol!!! Maybe you should make it a daily ritual, lolol Have a good Thursday everyone!!!
