I just got back on the wagon. Beans and rice for lunch, hot grain cereal for breakfast, lots of nuts, veggies, fruits for snacks. On occasion junk food. Haven't had pop since Sunday. I'll allow myself a cheat day every couple weeks. Minimal working out.
257.0 lb Lost so far: 22.0 lb.    Still to go: 56.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
