Back on the wagon andeeling very motivated. Was diagnosed with high blood pressure and hveto tke medication. Very motivated to get off med with diet and exercie.
176.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 36.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
