I was terrible on no-carbs both Sunday and my day off, Monday. It's Tuesday now and I have no bad food left in my home. Back on track for the week. Still try and stay under 20 carbs per day.
169.0 lb Lost so far: 16.0 lb.    Still to go: 34.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
