Water number(38.8%) was higher than the day prior. I did really well this week, so I don't understand!
215.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 65.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

What do you mean by water number? How did you get that measurement?

My scale provides % water as well as body fat %. I think the new WW scales have this too.
