My scale says I am up only one pound.... but I have to be truthful, by friday last week I was down to 192. I had a convention over this weekend and I indulged a bit... I worked on making good food choices, although I did indulge in some munchies.... and I did have some alcohol. I am not beating myself up too much over this as I do have to learn how to attend things as these and find a balance there. I did get to walk one day while I was there and only missed walking one day last week. This morning I am back on track and ready to move forward! Happy Monday Morning all!!
