Hosted a house party last night. LOTS of food and I did not sample, I gluttoned, with matching levels of beverages. Being up 0.4 pounds today is a miracle.
165.9 lb Lost so far: 21.1 lb.    Still to go: 10.9 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
