I'm grinding along. I slipped one day on the soda. I wanted something with flavor and we were out of juice. For the most part I have been drinking water and eating very well even at 2 events and 2 lunches I was at. Is the 5 days of workout to be in a row? I am in the gym 5 days a week. Sometimes in a row, other times not.
169.0 lb Lost so far: 14.0 lb.    Still to go: 19.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
