Weighted 225 on October 15, 2013. Started Nutrisystem diet. Lost 25 pounds by late February then discontinued to provide my own variety and portion control. Still have some Nutrisystem items on hand and occasionally use Medifast.

I take my weight once a week on Saturdays. I have gone from 36" waste to 34" waste. Bike is exercise bike at >16 mph. Did 16.7 mi. today in 60 minutes. Don't always do one hour, but travel 12 mi. minimum. Will correct entry on next update.
