First mini goal reached!!! YAY... back under 300! This has been a great week for me I got a total of 12.5 miles on the treadmill and nailed my diet! I feel great and can already see visible results. Thanks for everyone who has shown their support for the beginning of my weight loss journey. I GOT THIS!!!
